2. Active anchor bolt: also known as long anchor bolt, it is a detachable anchor bolt used to fix heavy machinery equipment that has strong vibration and impact during operation.
3. Expansion anchor anchor anchor bolts: mainly used to fix simple or auxiliary equipment that is stationary. When installing expansion anchor anchor bolts, certain requirements should be met, such as the distance from the center of the bolt to the edge of the foundation should not be less than 7 times the diameter of the expansion anchor anchor bolt, and the foundation strength should not be less than 10MPa.
4. Adhesive anchor bolt: One of the commonly used anchor bolts in recent years, its method and requirements are the same as those of expansion anchor anchor anchor bolts, but when bonding, attention should be paid to removing debris in the hole and avoiding moisture.
The material of anchor bolts is generally Q235 steel, which is smooth and round, and the burial depth is usually 25 times the diameter to maintain the friction force between the anchor bolts and the foundation. The length of anchor bolts can be selected according to actual needs. The length of short anchor bolts (fixed anchor bolts) is generally between 100-1000mm, while the length of long anchor bolts (movable anchor bolts) can reach 1200mm or more.
The application of anchor bolts is very extensive, commonly found in construction projects such as bridges, mines, railways, highways, cement plants, tower cranes, boiler steel structures, large-span steel structures, and large buildings.
