With the arrival of 2024, the Chinese fastener industry has also embarked on a new journey. On January 12-13, young talents in the fastener industry gathered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang to attend the 2024 Spring Festival Symposium of the Fastener Youth Association. The core purpose of this symposium is to initiate the establishment of the “Fastener Youth Association”, a young entrepreneur organization in the fastener industry, and to carry out the first learning and sharing activity, in order to promote mutual exchange, common learning, global vision, and future oriented young generation with innovative spirit, learning ability, and responsibility.
The meeting on January 12th mainly focused on mutual understanding and introduction of the Youth Association. In the self introduction section, young entrepreneurs provided detailed information about themselves and the company. The young entrepreneurs on site come from all over the country, covering the entire field of fastener products, molds, and equipment.
The Youth Association is an open communication platform aimed at establishing a platform for young entrepreneurs in the fastener industry in China to learn, exchange, exchange, and innovate together. Through the activities and resources of the Youth Association, it helps the successors of the younger generation of fastener enterprises to elevate company management to a new level.
During the discussion, young entrepreneurs actively participated and enthusiastically discussed the operational mechanism and organizational form of the Youth Association. Everyone agrees that the Youth Association should actively attract more specialized and innovative fastener enterprises, as well as a new generation of leaders with the same innovative and enterprising spirit and the same frequency of progressive thinking as the times.
On the second day of the symposium, a speech on sharing experiences in foreign trade was highly anticipated. Mr. Liang Hui, General Manager of Haixun Trading Co., Ltd. in Haining City, was invited as a special guest to share Haixun’s successful experience, challenges, and response strategies in fastener export business. Young entrepreneurs enthusiastically asked questions, and Mr. Liang also spoke up and shared his own experiences. After an exchange, young entrepreneurs were deeply inspired and gained a clearer understanding and confidence in export trade.
The young entrepreneurs who participated in this conference unanimously affirmed the significance of the Youth Association and believed that this trip to Jiaxing was worth it. The Youth Association fundamentally changes the organizational and operational form of traditional associations from a model perspective, making it more suitable for the ideas of young people. Everyone is looking forward to the future activities of the Youth Association and has unanimously decided to meet in Shanghai on March 20th during the 14th Shanghai Fastener Professional Exhibition!
